Versatile Pressure Gauge at Emechmart

Pressure Gauge 4” and 6” are the high precision intelligent digital measuring instruments. They have a precision sensor and displays the pressure accurately in real time. They also have good long-term stability. Our pressure gauges are equipped with a large Analogue, with zero clearing, backlight, on/off button, unit switching and low-pressure alarm. It is convenient to install and easy to operate. The housing and connector of temperature gauge are made of SS304 with excellent vibration resistance. The quality measuring instruments can be used to measure gas, liquid, oil and other non-corrosive media of stainless steel. It applies to portable pressure gauges and accessories.

Vacuum Gauge available at Emechmart

The vacuum gauge available at Emechmart is one of the ideal measurement and measuring instruments for different industries. A vacuum meter consists of a filled cylindrical bulb with inert gas and uses the volume expansion of gases temperature change. Gas pressure changes inside the bulb due to temperature change, sensed by a special Heli coil. A Borden tube is connected to the amplifying device indicator, and movement is proportional to temperature.

The physical properties used will enable linear readings to dial from original to full scale. When away from the reading sensing point, capillary is then used for transmission between the bulb and the thermometer head capillary shell is commonly used in industrial environments.

Temperature Gauges at Emechmart

Temperature is measured by a bimetallic system inside the thermometer stem of electrical measuring tools. A bimetallic system consists of two metal strips with different thermal expansions that are bonded together coefficients will therefore expand faster than a single strip that curls other bimetal bars at a ratio of temperature.

The bimetallic system provides prolonged wound and heat treatment duration stability. Bimetallic strip due to temperature variation unwinds or air tight, which in turn rotates the pointer.
